Product overview
Shibilao pure white pure flavor epoxy dry adhesive is a new generation of special adhesive for spot hanging dry adhesive process developed by Wuhan Keda for indoor ceramic large plate/rock plate paving requirements. The product has the core advantages of net taste, environmental protection, super adhesive, color lasting yellowing resistance, safety and reliability. It is an ideal choice for high-end residential decoration, commercial space decoration, and rapid renovation of old houses.

Scope of application
Bonding of building materials: Large indoor ceramic plate/Rock slab point hanging and dry wall pasting works
bonding across materials: suitable for stone, wood, metal (steel/Iron/copper/aluminum/stainless steel), concrete, cement prefabricated parts, clay bricks, glass fiber reinforced plastic, artificial stone and other heterogeneous materials composite bonding
Construction operation
1. Base treatment: to ensure that the base surface is solid and free of looseness, and the surface dry, dust-free, oil-free
2. Anchor positioning: installed according to the design spacing AK type stainless steel anchor
3. Mixing ratio: A:B = 1:1 (mass ratio), slow speed stirring to uniform color
4. Sizing positioning: Scrape the colloid batch on the contact surface of the anchor to form a continuous glue layer
5. Big brick wall: in operation time finished ceramics large plate/rock plate bonding, pressure adjustment to the design position
Precautions
1. Product mix: when used a, B components according to the mass ratio of 1:1 fully mixed evenly, use up in 30 minutes
2.Requirementsfor pasting surface

3. Construction temperature: Ambient temperature < at 5 ℃, it is allowed to heat the viscose part (heating temperature ≤ 65 ℃)

5. Glue Adjustment Limits: it is forbidden to adjust glue on the bonding surface, otherwise it will affect the bonding effect.
6. Special Scene:Bathroom construction is not recommended to use dry paste process, it is recommended to use our special tile
