KLAODA Epoxy Adhesive

This epoxy adhesive is a delicate product developed by Wuhan Keda Marble Protective Materials Co. , Ltd. . It is applicable for the adhesion of stone, ceramics, artificial stone, etc.which possesses such good properties: high thickness,strong tenacity,outstanding aging resistance, no VOC and formaldehyde emissions, none corrosivity, and environmental protection .

　　Description

　　1. This product is manufactured with good thixotropy, easy to reconcile, and unflowing after mixing.

　　2.It possesses the character of excellent dynastic parameter , strong adhesion, and good shock resistance.

　　3. The product is a modified epoxy polymer with excellent water and chemical resistance after curing and also predominant weather resistance.

　　4,With non corrosivity, it’s harmless to human body.It can be cleaned with soap and water once careless viscosed.

　　5.Curing time is moderate, so easy to operate.

　　6. Shelf life is 1 year if store in cool and ventilating environment, and avoid sunshine.

　　Application

　　1. It applies for bonding and dry hanging between different stones, renovation in the old wall without cutting ,and permanent bonding of lignum furniture .

　　2. It applies for the stone, wood, steel, iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, concrete, cement precast parts, clay brick, glass fiber reinforced plastic, artificial stone and other materials of mutual bonding.

　　3.It applies for the bonding of reinforced concrete building structural components, joint filling, repairing, sealing and so on.

　　Directions

　　Mix the two parts thoroughly until the color is completely uniform in a ratio of 1:1 before in use.

　　Attention

　　1. Ensure that the stickup area of each flagstone per ㎡is no less than 104 c㎡

　　with glue thickness no less than 3 mm.

　　2. Keep the stick-up surface dry and away from dust,oil ,firm and not loosening.

　　3. If the surface is too smooth, it must do roughly processing.The materials (dust, dirt, moisture, paint on the metal surface, floating rust layer, etc.) that affect the adhesion and effect on the surface must be removed. In the early curing period, do not bear heavy load.

　　4. When the construction temperature is lower than 5 °C, the stickup part can be heated up , but no higher than 65 °C.

　　5, In the welding installation, the welding point should keep way from the stikup part over 3 cm.

　　6. Do not mix glue on the bonding surface, otherwise it will affect the bonding effect.
