TOFD
TOFD技术( Time of Flight Diffraction Technique)是一-种基于衍射信号实施检测的技术，即行射时差法超声检测技术。TOFD技术与传统脉冲回波技术相比具有以下明显优势：
1.更加精确的尺寸测量精度，且检测时缺陷检出率与缺陷的角度几乎无关，缺陷的检出率较高，定量精度高;
2.拥有清晰可靠的TOFD扫查图像，与A型扫描信号比起来，TOFD扫查图像更利于缺陷的识别和分析;
3.除了用于常规检测外，还可用于缺陷变化的监控，尤其对裂纹高度扩展的测量精度很高。
